1. Digital product — no general refunds
All products sold on this website are digital, downloadable products delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because the product is accessible immediately and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with the content style once the download link has been delivered.
We strongly encourage you to review the product description, included files, and screenshots on the sales page carefully before completing your purchase.
2. When a refund or replacement is available
We will provide a replacement download link or a full refund (at our discretion) in the following cases, if reported within 7 days of purchase:
- You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of payment (and it is not in your spam/junk folder)
- The download link is broken, expired, or the files are corrupted and cannot be opened
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment)
